Are you an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in industrial construction? Do you enjoy leading field teams and delivering complex projects across multiple locations? If so, we want to connect with you.
We're recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized industrial general contractor known for excellence in large-scale manufacturing, distribution, and processing facility builds. This is a travelling role covering projects throughout the Northeast U.S.
🔨 What You'll Do
- Lead on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and safety compliance
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specs
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers and clients
- Travel to various job sites across the region
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of Superintendent experience in industrial construction
- Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Willingness to travel full-time
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus
