About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Superintendent to lead and manage K-12 school construction projects in the Austin, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational facility construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities for K-12 school projects from groundbreaking to final completion.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and school district representatives to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and school district requirements.
Manage project documentation including daily logs, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on K-12 educational facilities.
Proven track record of managing ground-up and renovation school projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Texas school districts and familiarity with Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Local to the Austin area or willing to relocate.
