[JAR] MEP Project Director - Data Center
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of MEP packages for hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects.
- Oversee project planning, execution, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage multidisciplinary MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Drive project performance in relation to programme, budget, quality, and safety targets.
- Provide regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Support procurement strategies, contract administration, and commercial management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an MEP Director, Project Director, or senior project leadership professional.
- Strong track record delivering large-scale data centre developments.
- Extensive experience managing mission-critical MEP systems including power, cooling, and building infrastructure.
- Strong leadership experience managing large project teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial, contractual, and project management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
- Willingness to relocate and be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills preferred.
