Korea Business Development Manager
Role Overview: An international consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Korea. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nurturing client relationships and driving business growth within the O&G and offshore wind sectors, with a particular focus on shipyards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the consultancy's presence in Korea.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the O&G and offshore wind sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
- Represent the consultancy at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the O&G and offshore wind sectors.
- Strong understanding of the shipyard industry in Korea.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to nurture and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
