  • Manage procurement activities, including equipment selection, vendor coordination, pricing, purchasing and tracking.
  • Review drawings and ensure equipment requirements are accurately incorporated into the design.
  • Support projects through planning, procurement, delivery and installation.
  • Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Travel approximately 30-40% to project sites as required.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Based in California and comfortable travelling approximately 30-40%.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $130,000 base salary.
  • Opportunity to work on complex healthcare and laboratory projects.
  • Exposure to projects from initial planning through procurement, delivery and installation.
  • Collaborative environment working alongside experienced healthcare and equipment planning professionals.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of laboratory-focused projects and develop within a specialist area of healthcare planning.

Why join

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lab Planner who wants to take ownership of projects beyond just equipment schedules and layouts. You'll have involvement across laboratory planning, client coordination, procurement and project delivery, with the opportunity to work on technically complex healthcare and research environments.
