Company Summary: We are partnered with a global development company with over 18 years of experience developing large-scale renewable projects. Specializing in the promotion of solar and storage projects, the company is actively looking to grow their impact on the U.S market after establishing themselves as a major player over the last 4 years. To lead this expansion, they are looking to bring on a Land Manager/Field Developer to assist in the growth of the U.S team based out of Charlotte, N.C. The ideal candidate will be responsible for land acquisition efforts throughout MISO and other energy markers with the goal of increasing the company's pipeline and impact on the renewable industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead land acquisition efforts, growing the company pipeline
- Develop strategies and implement the expansion into new markets throughout the U.S
- Handle legal document review and title issues
- Coordinating with the development team and assisting in early stage project development
Requirements:
- Experience in land acquisition, legal RE document review, and title issues
- Sales experience and skill set
- Able to be in the Charlotte office 4 days a week
- Passionate about the renewable industry and increasing the impact and pipeline of the company
