As a Lead Superintendent, you will be at the forefront of mission-critical construction, overseeing field operations and driving excellence across all phases of delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Leadership: Champion the company's safety program, ensuring compliance and embedding best practices into all site activities.
  • Field Oversight: Direct and mentor project teams, including superintendents and foremen, fostering a culture of accountability, productivity, and quality.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including critical path analysis and three-week lookahead plans.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, field engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Risk & Financial Management: Interpret contracts, identify risks, and implement strategies to protect budgets and maximize profitability.
  • Constructability & Planning: Visualize entire projects, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  • Client Engagement: Represent the company in client meetings, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Journeyman certification or degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive field supervision experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead superintendent capacity.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects-preferably in mission-critical or data center environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office; ability to interpret cost reports and productivity metrics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Deep understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
