The Opportunity
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in project delivery, client management, mentorship, and technical leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Structural design and analysis for a variety of building types
- Project management and client communication
- Leading project teams and coordinating with architects and contractors
- Mentoring junior engineers and EITs
- Developing innovative and cost-effective structural solutions
- Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, or multifamily projects
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Desire to work closely with clients and leadership
- Interest in mentoring and developing younger engineers
