The Opportunity
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects while mentoring junior staff and acting as a trusted technical resource within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and foundation systems
- Industrial facility expansions, modifications, and capital improvement projects
- Project management and client coordination
- Construction support and field investigations
- Collaboration with mechanical, process, electrical, and architectural teams
- Technical review of engineering deliverables
- Mentoring EITs and junior engineers
- Supporting project pursuits and long-term client relationships
Ideal Background
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Minimum 6 years of structural engineering experience
- Experience with steel and concrete design
- Industrial, manufacturing, power, or heavy commercial experience preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Desire to mentor and develop younger engineers
