Low Voltage PM
Seeking a technology systems professional with experience in IT infrastructure cabling, audiovisual (AV), and security systems, including structured cabling (fiber/copper), access control, surveillance, and mission critical facility design.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategy, design, budgeting, coordination, procurement, and implementation of technology systems across various industries (e.g., corporate, healthcare, education, civic, data centers).
Act as client advocate, working closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and installation vendors.
Manage construction administration tasks such as site visits, OAC meetings, field reports, and vendor oversight.
Ensure installations meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Oversee commissioning, training, and handoff to clients.
Build and maintain strong client and project team relationships.
Stay up to date on emerging technologies in structured cabling, AV, and security.
Manage 10+ projects concurrently, with responsibility for budget, scheduling, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing IT cabling, AV, and security systems projects across a variety of sectors and scales.
Familiar with design and construction processes and team dynamics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry tools like Revit, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, etc.
Familiar with workflow/task management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Slack).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
