Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marine Operations Manager to join our team in Perth. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operational aspects of our marine projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate marine operations, including the deployment and maintenance of ROVs and other marine equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of marine technicians and engineers.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver solutions that meet project requirements.
