An employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer / Engineer to support complex healthcare, science & technology, infrastructure, and commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead HVAC and mechanical system design, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-performance, resilient building projects.

The Senior Mechanical Designer / Engineer will be responsible for…
  • Leading HVAC and mechanical system design from planning through construction.
  • Performing engineering calculations, system studies, equipment selections, and system layouts.
  • Preparing construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
The Senior Mechanical Designer / Engineer should have the following qualifications:
  • 8+ years of mechanical engineering or mechanical design experience within the MEP/AEC consulting industry.
  • Strong HVAC and mechanical systems design experience.
  • Healthcare project experience
