The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned MEP Superintendent to lead field operations on a hyperscale data center project valued at over $500 million. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments and has a proven track record of managing large-scale MEP scopes from groundbreaking through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) field operations on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all MEP trades.
- Lead daily site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
- Drive issue resolution and maintain momentum on critical path activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local codes, standards, and client specifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role.
- Demonstrated success on hyperscale data center or similarly complex mission critical projects.
- Experience managing projects $500M+ in value.
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and construction sequencing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
