Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage all CSA project activities from planning through completion.
- Coordinate design, construction and site execution teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
- Review technical submissions and resolve construction issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Extensive experience managing CSA packages on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management practices.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with relevant building regulations and standards.
