An established consulting engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to its growing Mission Critical practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large, technically complex data center projects while working remotely with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
- Design electrical systems for mission-critical and data center facilities
- Support projects from early-stage concepts through detailed design and construction
- Work across power distribution and other critical electrical building systems
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, architectural and multidisciplinary project teams
- Provide technical input and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project and client discussions
- Support QA/QC and mentor junior technical staff where appropriate
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of data center / mission-critical experience
- Strong electrical building systems design background
- Experience delivering complex, highly reliable facilities
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary consulting engineering projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- PE license is not required. Candidates with a PE are welcome, but experienced candidates should not be discouraged from applying without one. PE licensure can support future advancement within the organization.
