Salary: $120,00 - $145,000 + incentive
Summary
This company is a global leader in filtration and separation technologies in industrial sectors. They're seeking a Business Development Manager to lead national growth efforts. This role focuses on selling advanced membrane filtration solutions to OEMs, distributors, representatives, and integrators across the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in process systems and a proven ability to develop new business in highly regulated industries. This is a hunter-focused position requiring proactive prospecting and relationship building. The role offers competitive pay and significant travel opportunities to engage with key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development in Food & Beverage, Dairy, Cheese, and Pharmaceutical markets.
- Sell membrane filtration technologies to OEMs, distributors, reps, and integrators.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or technical sales within process industries.
- Ability to travel nationally 40%
- Knowledge of filtration and membrane technologies (RO, NF, UF, etc)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex process systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory if technical experience is strong.
