Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
Travel: Regular travel outside North Carolina required (Remote / Hybrid Working Schedule)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical hyperscale data center projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on projects valued at over $150M, where you will oversee electrical, mechanical, and plumbing scopes to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all MEP construction activities across hyperscale data center projects.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards for MEP scopes exceeding $150M.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Travel regularly to project sites outside North Carolina as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of MEP construction experience in the field.
- Proven track record of leading teams on large mission-critical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience managing high-value scopes ($150M+).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
