This individual will act as a key business leader for the region, working alongside existing leadership to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and build out the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Leadership: Help lead and grow the PNW environmental practice, partnering with existing Seattle-based leadership

  • Technical Oversight: Provide senior direction on complex remediation and investigation projects, including QA/QC of reports and proposals
  • Project Delivery: Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and execution across multiple projects
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and develop staff; help scale the environmental group in the region
  • Client & Regulatory Interface: Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, regulators, and project stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Work across offices and disciplines to deliver integrated solutions

Why This Role

  • Strong backing from firm leadership, with high visibility and high autonomy
  • Existing regional presence driven by site/civil, with clear runway to expand environmental services

  • Additional exposure to complex sites involving soil, groundwater, and industrial contaminants

Qualifications

  • BS in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or similar (MS a plus)
  • PE, LG, or LHG required
  • 15+ years of environmental consulting experience in investigation/remediation

  • Established network in the Seattle/PNW market
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
