About the Role
We're seeking a Process/Applications Engineer with expertise in Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Anaerobic Digestion to join our growing industrial water team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll design, optimize, and support advanced wastewater treatment systems for industrial clients across sectors like food & beverage, pharma, and manufacturing.
You'll work remotely with full autonomy, no micromanagement
Responsibilities
* Design and evaluate industrial wastewater treatment systems, with a focus on RO and Anaerobic Digestion
* Support application engineering, including process modeling, equipment selection, and proposal development
* Collaborate with sales, project management, and field teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Conduct performance assessments and troubleshoot treatment systems
* Stay current with emerging technologies and regulatory trends in industrial water treatment
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
* 3+ years of experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment
* Hands-on experience with Reverse Osmosis and Anaerobic Digestion systems
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
