Professional Land Surveyor
An established organization is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to support surveying projects in the Greenville, South Carolina area. This opportunity is well suited to a licensed professional interested in managing projects, collaborating with technical teams, and continuing to develop within the surveying profession.
The Professional Land Surveyor will help coordinate projects from initial planning through completion. Responsibilities may include reviewing technical work, communicating with clients and project teams, supporting field and office personnel, and ensuring deliverables meet applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage or support land surveying projects from planning through final delivery
- Coordinate with field crews, technical staff, project managers, and clients
- Review survey data, calculations, plats, drawings, and related deliverables
- Ensure work meets applicable technical standards and project requirements
- Monitor project schedules, priorities, budgets, and deadlines
- Assist with quality-control and quality-assurance processes
- Communicate with clients regarding project scope, progress, and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance to survey personnel as needed
- Support the successful delivery of multiple assignments
Qualifications
- Active Professional Land Surveyor license in South Carolina, or eligibility to obtain licensure through reciprocity
- Professional experience completing or managing land surveying projects
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, practices, and applicable standards
- Experience reviewing survey documents and technical deliverables
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field and office teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines
- Previous project-management or team-leadership experience is preferred but not required
