Responsibilties
- Leading systems engineering and integration activities from concept development through design, execution, commissioning, and operations.
- Translating business and operational objectives into clear technical requirements, plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to manage interfaces, dependencies, risks, and technical assumptions across complex programs.
- Facilitating technical reviews, requirements analysis, trade studies, risk assessments, and decision-making processes.
- Establishing and maintaining requirements traceability, verification plans, technical documentation, and governance processes.
- Building scalable systems engineering standards, tools, and best practices to support a growing organization.
What we're looking for…
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, engineering management, technical program management, infrastructure, energy, utilities, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management, lifecycle planning, systems integration, verification, risk management, and configuration management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and align stakeholders with diverse priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Professional certifications such as PE, INCOSE, PMP, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
