Professional Land Surveyor
This is an opportunity to help grow the Minnesota survey practice of an established multidisciplinary engineering firm with existing teams across civil engineering, transportation, and MEP. The role offers a mix of hands-on survey project management, client interaction, team leadership, and business development, with the opportunity to have a genuine impact on the growth of the local practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple survey projects from proposal and scoping through delivery
- Develop project scopes, fee estimates, and proposals
- Work directly with clients and internal engineering teams
- Lead and support survey and CAD technicians throughout projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, and client expectations
- Perform QA/QC on survey deliverables
- Support business development and develop relationships within the Minnesota market
- Maintain required safety standards
- Occasional travel and overtime as project needs require
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minnesota PLS
- 5+years of combined field and office surveying experience
- Experience with topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, right-of-way plats, and control surveys
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation/OpenRoads, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable adopting new geospatial technologies
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
