About the Opportunity

An established design and planning practice is seeking a talented Architectural Designer or Project Architect to join its collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of architectural and site design projects, working through all phases of design and project delivery.
The successful candidate will be a motivated professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and can effectively manage responsibilities across multiple project types and scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and documentation of architectural and site development projects.
  • Prepare construction documents, technical drawings, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Support projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
  • Contribute to planning, design development, detailing, and project coordination efforts.
  • Produce high-quality visual presentations, graphics, and written deliverables.
  • Assist with project meetings, coordination efforts, and technical problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Architectural license or progress toward licensure preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Technical Skills

Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
  • SketchUp
  • Enscape
  • Rhino
  • Lumion
  • Other comparable 3D modeling and visualization platforms
