Are you a licensed Architect or on the path to licensure with a passion for design, technical excellence, and community-focused development? We are seeking a Project Architect to join a collaborative team working on complex and impactful projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and coordination of large-scale architectural projects.
Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet client goals and project requirements.
Analyze building codes, zoning regulations, and occupancy requirements to inform project design.
Prepare design studies, layouts, presentations, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with consultants and mentor junior team members throughout project delivery.
Manage project schedules, conduct construction site visits, lead meetings, and provide regular project updates.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

Licensed Architect or actively pursuing architectural licensure.
5-8 years of professional experience in architecture, including design coordination and construction administration.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with NYC zoning regulations and building codes is highly preferred.
Strong presentation and design skills with a keen attention to detail.
Interest in mixed-use developments, affordable housing, and sustainable community-focused projects.
