Project Architect/Project Designer
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect or Project Designer to join our team. This role involves leading high-end residential and institutional projects from concept through construction. Our focus is on sustainable, energy-efficient design and creating architecture that fits its regional context. If you have strong technical skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. Note: Hybrid working environment is available for qualified applicants!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all design and construction phases.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with consultants.
- Integrate sustainability and energy efficiency into design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Architectural Registration in New Hampshire preferred, though not required if on-path to completion.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in residential or institutional projects.
- Proficiency in Revit; Bluebeam and Adobe Suite products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to travel for site visits and meetings.
