The company is seeking a Project Director | Hospitality Construction to join the team. This role is responsible for the renovation and new construction of some of the company's most important resorts in the Florida and Caribbean markets. The ideal candidate manage multiple projects by overseeing renovations and ground-up developments, whilst promoting excellence in construction.
Key responsibilities of the Project Director | Hospitality Construction include:
- Manage a portfolio of 5-15 concurrent projects, ranging from $500K to $50M in value.
- Oversee renovations, heavy refresh programs, and occasional ground‑up development.
- Lead and coordinate third‑party project management teams and consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including APMs, superintendents, and labor crews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project life-cycle.
Key requirements of the Project Director | Hospitality Construction include:
- Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership or hotel large-scale heavy renovations construction projects.
- Travel extensively to oversee project sites, across Florida and the Caribbean.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
