HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Executive needed for a well-respected, growing mechanical contractor! Come work for a company that has many years of proven excellence, great compensation and benefits that include the ability to work fully remote!
Do you bring 7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience? If so, we want to hear from you!
Project types include, commercial, healthcare, mission critical, Industrial building projects.
Project Executive Skills:
- Team Management
- Drive business development and win projects
- Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters.
- Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions.
- Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects.
- Client Liaison/Communication
- Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required.
- Mentor staff in all phases of design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements.
- Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
Project Executive Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction Project Management experience
- Sales and Estimating experience.
- Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
- Communication and coaching skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Project budgeting skills
- Able to promptly resolve team management problems.
