Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to interdisciplinary design teams across architecture, interiors, landscape, and engineering.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and user groups using a listen‑first design approach.
- Develop thoughtful, high‑performance solutions that support health, sustainability, and community impact.
- Prepare planning documents, design concepts, technical drawings, and coordinated project deliverables.
- Participate in charrettes, design workshops, and cross‑discipline coordination meetings.
- Support project delivery from concept through construction administration.
- Demonstrate ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and accountability in all stages of work.
Requirements
- Professional experience in architecture, engineering, landscape, interiors, or project management
- Background in sectors such as healthcare, civic, federal, workplace, community, or sustainability-focused design is valued
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and integrate multiple design perspectives
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and client-facing confidence
