The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of restoration and building envelope projects. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for managing project operations from contract award through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires regular interaction with clients, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of project financial performance and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration and building envelope projects from award through closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project profitability.
- Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation, billing, collections, and reporting.
- Lead procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Support field operations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, schedules, and project deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
- Experience in building envelope restoration, façade repair, waterproofing, concrete restoration, masonry restoration, or historic preservation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project financials.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to travel as required by project needs.
