脱炭素・サステナビリティ領域に特化したSaaSプロダクトを開発・提供している、国内発の成長中スタートアップです。
企業のCO₂排出量可視化やサプライチェーン管理、ESG対応といった社会的ニーズの高いテーマを軸に、テクノロジーを通じて課題解決を支援しています。
主力プロダクトは、上場企業を中心に多数の導入実績を持ち、環境・サステナビリティ部門だけでなく、調達・経営企画など複数部門で活用されています。
業務内容：
サプライチェーンマネジメント領域の自社開発SaaSプロダクト導入プロジェクトをリードいただくポジションです。
ITコンサル／SIにおけるシステム導入案件と同様に、顧客企業・社内チーム・外部ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、プロジェクト計画策定から実行・改善までを一貫してマネジメントしていただきます。
あわせて、顧客企業のサプライチェーンリスク可視化・サステナビリティ対応調査について、要件整理・調査設計から、実行、データ分析、報告・示唆出しまで伴走します。
具体的な業務内容
- 自社SaaSプロダクト導入に向けたプロジェクト管理（スコープ定義、進行管理、ステークホルダー調整、チームマネジメント）
- 顧客の業務構造・サプライチェーン構造を踏まえた要件整理
- サプライチェーンリスク／ESG対応に関する調査設計
- プロジェクト進行中の課題整理・改善提案
- 回収データの整理・分析、示唆出し
- 顧客向けレポーティングおよび次アクション提案
顧客ごとの業務・構造を理解した上で、プロジェクトの進め方自体を設計できる点が特徴です。

Project Manager (Supply Chain & Sustainability)

This is a fast-growing Japan-based startup developing and providing SaaS products specialized in the decarbonization and sustainability space.
Through technology, the company supports enterprises in addressing highly relevant social challenges such as CO₂ emissions visualization, supply chain management, and ESG compliance.
Its flagship products have been widely adopted by publicly listed and large enterprises, and are utilized across multiple functions including sustainability, procurement, and corporate planning.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Project management for SaaS product implementation
- (stakeholder coordination, scheduling, team management, etc.)
- Managing projects related to supply chain risk visualization and sustainability compliance
- Designing and executing surveys aligned with client needs
- Data organization, analysis, and insight generation
- Reporting results and providing recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications
- Experience in software or IT tool implementation projects
- Interest in ESG and sustainability-related topics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building long-term relationships with enterprise clients
- Strong interest in sustainability or supply chain management
- Experience working with global projects or multinational stakeholders
