Location: Salt Lake City / Provo, Utah
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects in Utah. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in excavation, sitework, and land development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of heavy civil projects including earthwork, concrete, utilities, and DOT projects.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
- Previous experience working with a contractor is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven expertise in earthwork, concrete, utilities, land development, and DOT projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
