Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its Industrial Water/Wastewater team within a specialized design-build services group. This role is ideal for a motivated engineering professional who thrives in a client-facing, technically challenging environment and is passionate about sustainable water infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical and design efforts for industrial water infrastructure projects, including treatment systems, water reuse, and supply systems.
* Conduct feasibility studies, develop engineering reports, produce design documents, and prepare technical specifications and cost estimates.
* Coordinate with vendors, manage project schedules, and oversee permitting processes.
* Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations to secure new business.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
* Oversee project lifecycle from kickoff through completion, including client communication, team coordination, and financial tracking.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial water and wastewater infrastructure design.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving and background record.
