Project Manager - Denver, CO
A leading employee-owned specialty contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, masonry, and façade projects throughout the Denver market.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, and change orders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Background in restoration, waterproofing, concrete, masonry, façade, or building envelope projects preferred
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Up to $140,000 base salary
