About the Opportunity
A leading utility infrastructure contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Transmission, Distribution, and Substation construction projects throughout the Northeast. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage utility T&D and substation construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and execution plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, change orders, and financial performance
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and leadership
- Support permitting, pre-construction planning, and project closeout activities
- Drive project execution while maintaining safety and quality standards
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience in utility or utility construction
- Experience managing Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation projects
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost-control experience
- Track record managing client relationships and project financials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
