QA/QC Manager (Travelling) - Data Centers

We're representing a leading organization delivering large-scale mission critical projects across the United States and are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support the successful execution of data center construction projects nationwide.

This is a travel-intensive role requiring flexibility to support projects in multiple states throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving quality standards, overseeing inspections and testing processes, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry best practices.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage project QA/QC programs from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management plans, inspection procedures, and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing activities, punch list management, and turnover documentation.
  • Partner with construction, MEP, commissioning, and project management teams to ensure quality expectations are achieved.
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and quality-related project documentation.
  • Conduct audits and quality reviews to verify compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify quality issues early and drive corrective actions to resolution.
  • Support system turnover, commissioning readiness, and final project closeout activities.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to project leadership and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven QA/QC experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction projects.
  • Previous experience working for a General Contractor or Developer/Owner organization is required.
  • Data center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspections, testing procedures, and turnover processes.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning activities.
  • Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across the United States.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to work on some of the most significant data center developments in the country, supporting projects from the ground up and helping deliver critical infrastructure for some of the world's largest end users. You'll join a highly experienced team and have exposure to complex, fast-paced projects across multiple markets.

Please Note: Candidates must have experience working for a General Contractor or Developer/Owner organization. Individuals whose experience has been exclusively with subcontractors, vendors, commissioning firms, consulting companies, or third-party inspection organizations will not be considered.
