We are seeking an experienced Right of Way Project Manager to lead and manage all aspects of right-of-way acquisition projects. This role requires a strong understanding of land acquisition processes, regulatory compliance, and project coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee right-of-way acquisition projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Resolve issues related to property acquisition and negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in right-of-way acquisition or project management.
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with transportation or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with eminent domain processes.
- Professional certifications (SR/WA or PMP) are a plus.
