Roadway Engineer
Our client is seeking a Roadway Design Engineer to join their growing team in St Louis, they have offices across the Midwest region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of transportation infrastructure projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and planning for transportation engineering projects, including roadways, drainage, erosion control and traffic control.
- Help to lead project team in quality control.
- Apply knowledge of MoDOT standards and federal/state/local regulations in design work.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and procedures.
- Utilize design software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), and other civil engineering tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri
- 4+ years of experience in roadway design
- Proficiency in MicroStation, Open Roads and/or Civil 3D
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management
