Role Overview
The South America Sales Director will spearhead commercial activities across the region, focusing on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion in countries such as Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Argentina.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals.
- Cultivate relationships with EPCs, developers, distributors, and utility clients.
- Lead negotiations and close deals for large-scale solar projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements.
- Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in solar PV sales or renewable energy business development in South America.
- Strong industry network, particularly among EPCs and project developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
