What You'll Do:
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our engineering team and our customers. You'll work closely with prospects and clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process-from initial contact to system commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and municipal markets.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop customized proposals and system designs.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies (e.g., PFAS treatment, membrane systems, biological processes).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in water/wastewater treatment or process systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
