Role Overview

The Sales Manager for Thailand will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the Thai solar market. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to navigate both technical and commercial discussions with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of solar mounting systems to developers, EPCs, and distributors in Thailand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the solar industry.
  • Identify new project opportunities and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and forecasting to regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the solar PV industry, ideally with mounting systems or related hardware.
  • Strong network within Thailand's solar ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand and within the region.
