Position: Sales Representative - Renewable Energy

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam


Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Vietnam. This role is instrumental in driving the expansion of our residential solar and energy storage business across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel development, B2B sales, and market expansion within the renewable energy or residential electrical products sector.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage local installers and channel partners.
  • Maintain long-term, strategic relationships to support business growth.
  • Support the formulation and execution of local channel expansion strategies.

Market Development & Promotion

  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the implementation of business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery, technical support, and after-sales service.
  • Facilitate procurement, contract negotiation, and payment processes with clients.

Cross-Cultural Communication

  • Provide translation and language support to ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Liaise with local partners, government bodies, and industry associations.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3-year college degree (Cao đẳng or equivalent); no specific major required.
  • 3+ years of experience in renewable energy or residential product sales (e.g., solar, energy storage, household appliances).
  • Proven experience in channel management, installer development, and B2B sales.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and market analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in English or Mandarin, in addition to the local language.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and relevant industry regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country.
  • Must pass background checks (health, legal, etc.).
  • Open to working within the management style and culture of a Chinese enterprise.
