Senior Architectural Engineer (Engineering Consultancy)
A global engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer to join its team in Korea. This role involves leading architectural coordination and design for industrial facilities, including pharmaceutical, food, and other processing plants.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural engineering for concept, basic, and detailed design phases.
- Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and documentation for project execution.
- Conduct regulatory reviews and site/infrastructure analysis.
- Develop general architectural drawings, site master plans, building sections, and elevations.
- Create basis of design, finish schedules, and detailed specifications.
- Ensure design integration across disciplines and compliance with engineering standards.
- Coordinate facility design and construction across structural, civil, and MEP domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit.
- Knowledge of Korean and international building codes and local regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
