Senior Bridge Engineer
Our client, a National Top 100 ENR Design Firm, is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join their Salt Lake City office. With over a century of experience in infrastructure, they are known for their innovation, sustainability, and people-first culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design of steel and concrete bridges, walls, and minor structures
- Coordinate with CADD teams to develop plans, specifications, and estimates
- Apply engineering principles and design standards (AASHTO LRFD, AISC, ACI)
- Participate in technical meetings and project planning
- Provide construction support including RFIs and shop drawing reviews
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license (Utah SE preferred)
- 10+ years of bridge design experience
- Proficiency in tools such as MathCAD, STAAD Pro, LPILE, LEAP, MDX, MicroStation, Midas, LARSA 4D
- Experience with seismic, non-linear, and soil-structure interaction analysis
