Location: Greater Los Angeles Area (Hybrid)
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
A growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer to join its land development team. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from initial design through construction while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor Civil Designers and Project Engineers
* Lead land development projects from concept through construction
* Prepare and review grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design plans
* Develop construction documents, calculations, and technical reports
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
* Review plans for compliance with local agency requirements and municipal codes
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* 4+ years of civil engineering experience within land development
* Strong experience with site design, grading, utilities, drainage, and stormwater management
* Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Compensation & Benefits:
