Senior Civil Engineering Leadership Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in land development to lead high-profile civil engineering projects across commercial, institutional, and energy sectors. From concept to construction, you'll oversee all phases of development-site design, stormwater management, utility planning, regulatory approvals, and client engagement.
You'll guide and mentor junior engineers, ensuring technical excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your role will also include strategic business development, client interfacing, and contributing to the firm's growth through your industry connections and leadership.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in land development
- BSc in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver high-quality technical solutions
