Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage design and construction for complex, mission-critical projects. Oversee internal teams, consultants, client coordination, QA/QC, and field support.
Financial Ownership: Monitor project budgets, track profitability, and manage billing, change orders, and risk mitigation.
Client Engagement: Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
Team Support: Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering staff, delegating tasks and ensuring cross-discipline alignment.
Execution Excellence: Lead testing, turnover, and closeout phases with detail and precision.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline
8+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a project management role
Deep expertise in mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, energy)
Strong knowledge of MEP/FP/FA systems and construction administration
Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards
Forward-thinking mindset and openness to using AI and automation tools
U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 15%
