Position Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of engineering projects. This role offers exposure to a wide range of technical challenges and the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and engineering layouts for a variety of applications.
- Perform calculations, modeling, and technical evaluations to support system reliability, safety, and performance.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, reports, and design packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project stakeholders.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, validation, and implementation of electrical systems.
- Verify compliance with applicable industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, commissioning, or deployment activities.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to process improvements and engineering best practices.
- Assist with project planning, technical problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design, analysis, systems engineering, or related technical work.
- Experience developing electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
Preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, utility, or technology-focused projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or similar engineering software.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Compensation
Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000+, depending on experience, technical expertise, industry background, certifications, and overall qualifications.
Performance-based bonuses and additional incentives may be available based on project contribution and business performance.
