Role Overview
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will lead projects from concept through construction, working in a highly collaborative, in-house multidisciplinary environment. You will play a key role in delivering technical excellence, managing project timelines, and serving as a trusted partner to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering projects from initial concept through construction completion
- Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Serve as a primary or secondary point of contact for clients
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and team coordination for the electrical discipline
- Represent the electrical discipline in client meetings and project discussions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural/engineering consulting environment
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Strong expertise in electrical engineering systems
- Experience with construction cost estimation and life cycle analysis
- Proven experience managing moderate to complex projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating project tasks and representing your discipline
