A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing Mission Critical practice, supporting hyperscale data center and high-performance infrastructure projects across a strong client portfolio.
This role sits within a specialized, design-focused team backed by a global platform, offering exposure to cutting-edge projects with major hyperscale clients. It is well-suited to a client-facing, seller-doer who can lead technical delivery while contributing to business growth.
The Role
- Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for mission critical facilities
- Oversee projects from concept through construction
- Design and coordinate systems including UPS, generators, MV/LV distribution, and substations
- Perform and review power system studies (short circuit, coordination, arc flash)
- Act as a primary client interface, leading meetings and presenting solutions
- Support proposals, pursuits, and client development as part of a seller-doer model
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
What They're Looking For
- 10+ years electrical design experience
- Mission critical / data center project experience
- Strong background in power distribution design
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SKM/ETAP
- Client-facing and leadership experience
- PE license preferred
