Senior Electrical Engineer
Senior Electrical Engineer | Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
A growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its Atlanta team. This role will focus on the design and delivery of electrical systems for a variety of commercial and multifamily building projects, including mixed-use developments, senior living facilities, and retail/commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical power distribution systems, lighting, and lighting controls
- Develop construction documents using Revit
- Perform electrical engineering calculations and system layouts
- Ensure designs comply with NEC and applicable energy codes
- Lead projects from concept through construction administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of electrical design experience within the building consulting industry
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience designing commercial, multifamily, retail, or senior living projects
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independent
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Travel: Occasional project site visits
